Front's Series B deck, redesigned

In 2018, Front's CEO Mathilde Collin published the deck behind the company's Series B. The story is strong; the slides were made for the room, not for a reader. We rebuilt it as ten slides — a cover, eight content slides and a close — in Front's current brand, keeping every number and claim exactly as published.

The original

  • Charts without context. ARR, churn and cohort charts appear with no axes, captions or takeaway.
  • Key numbers buried. On the capital-efficiency slide, all eight figures share one size and one color.
  • Noise over signal. One point split over two slides; a product screenshot carrying seven floating stickers.

What we changed

  1. One claim per slide. The headline states it, the key phrase is highlighted, the key number is the largest thing on the page.
  2. Honest charts. Shapes are traced from the originals and captioned as such. Figures Front masked ($xx) stay masked.
  3. Front's current brand. Deep purple, lavender and lime, with Inter standing in for Front's licensed typeface.

How to use this page

Move between slides with the arrow keys, the buttons or the dots. Each slide has an Original / Redesign switch (or press O) and a one-line note on what changed. On a phone, just scroll.

Every number and phrase on the slides comes from Front's published deck. Nothing was estimated or added. Original on SlideShare · Founder's post
