A concept conference identity, placed in a white-box venue so the whole system can be read at once: from the façade to the last booth header.
One line, at street height
The identity is a single horizon line. On the façade it sits low, at 62% of the banner, as if you were looking at it from the plaza. The half-sun above it is the only mark.
The first surface you touch
Desk front carries the queue split A–K / L–Z as part of the graphic, not as a sign taped on later. The welcome wall behind sets the three-day structure: Systems, Signals, Scale.
Badges and banners
Self check-in kiosks preview the badge you are about to print. Three hanging banners take one word per day; the line climbs from banner to banner as you move deeper into the building.
Wayfinding without arrows on paper
Two freestanding totems, ink on black, carry directions in the same type as everything else. Distance is given in feet, not in "follow the signs".
Three talks, three heights
Speaker posters are the same layout three times. Only the horizon moves, and the sun slides along it. That is the whole system: one variable per application.
1,000 seats facing one line
The hall is deliberately plain so the LED wall is the only color in the room. Truss and side screens are black; the line on the LED sits at its highest point in the venue.
32:9, built for the back row
Keynote slides use the left 60% for type and keep the sun on the right, so a photo from the back of the hall still reads as the identity. Slides cycle live here.
Podium, side screen, key light
The podium mark is the sun alone, no wordmark. Side screens show "live" and "up next" so the program is visible without a printed schedule.
Through the side door
The expo is reached through an opening in the hall's right wall. Exhibitor headers alternate ink and bone so the row reads as a rhythm from the door.
Numbers, not logos
Each back wall is a large numeral with the exhibitor's name small. Exhibitors bring their own material inside the booth; the shell stays on-system.
The map, at the far end
The wall you face when you enter the expo lists all six booths and the lounge hours. The lounge floor graphic repeats the line six times so it reads from the mezzanine.
